The hotel itself is fine the casino although small is clean.
I was head of training in a large federal agency and I can tell you this these people reflect their training in their training and their signs tell you are not welcome at that casino if you vacillate. Which is why we are not returning to a Potowatomi casino even after Covid. Potawatomi is more interested in enforcing their Covid rules and they are in loosening their machines and giving you a chance to win anymore. In fact, there were more workers there than there were people playing. We were told no less than 12 times while we were playing to put our mask over out nose even though we were were allowed to drink there & there were probably 20 people total in the casino. As we went into the vending area where no one was on a Wednesday night we’re hardly anyone was in the hotel anyway we were tracked down by a cleaning lady of all people who scolded my wife that she had her mask under her nose for god sake! She literally scolded her. My wife and I have masks that fit but at times they slip and our nose is visible we were both vaccinated that did not matter to the staff. Where this casino falls down is that Potawatomi is training their employees on going overboard with the enforcement of mask protocol.
